By accessing or using SocialHUB, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service Description
SocialHUB provides workspace tools for composing, managing, publishing, and understanding social content.
Account
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and activity conducted through your account. Workspace administrators are responsible for authorized access.
Acceptable Use
You must use SocialHUB lawfully and must not bypass security, access data without authorization, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, or infringe another person's rights.
Social Platform Integrations
Connected social platforms remain subject to their own terms, policies, permissions, and availability. You are responsible for maintaining authorization and reviewing content before publishing.
User Content
You retain rights in content you provide to SocialHUB. You are responsible for having the permissions needed for SocialHUB to process, store, schedule, and publish that content at your direction.
Intellectual Property
SocialHUB, its software, interfaces, designs, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Green Craft LLC and are protected by applicable law. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service.
Third-Party Platforms
Third-party platforms and services operate under their own terms and policies. Green Craft LLC is not responsible for their availability, functionality, security, or actions.
Availability
We aim to provide reliable access to SocialHUB, but the service may be unavailable or interrupted because of maintenance, infrastructure, security, network, or third-party issues.
Fees, if applicable
Where fees apply, the pricing and billing terms presented at the applicable purchase or subscription will govern.
Termination
You may stop using SocialHUB at any time. We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, prevent abuse, or address a material violation of these Terms.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocialHUB is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Green Craft LLC, LEOKA, and their respective personnel and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of SocialHUB.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Green Craft LLC’s principal place of business in the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
